Für den Bereich Energiewende suchen wir ab sofort einen Dokumentenmanager (m/w/d), der sowohl Verantwortung übernehmen als auch die Zukunft eines neu aufgebauten Geschäftsbereichs prägen möchte. Diese Position erfordert ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigenverantwortung und Belastbarkeit. 

• Pflege eines effizienten Dokumentenmanagements
• Sicherstellung einer hohen Dokumentationsqualität durch Prüfungen, Standardisierung und Kontrolle der hinterlegten Informationen
• Abstimmung der dokumentenbezogenen Abläufe mit allen Beteiligten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern, um die Einhaltung der Dokumentationsstandards, Compliance‑Vorgaben und rechtlichen Anforderungen sicherzustellen.

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Dokumentenmanagement
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Project, SharePoint, MS-Office und VOB
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen
• Reisen Führerschein der Klasse B
