• Leitung von Planungsprojekten in den Bereichen konstruktiver Ingenieurbau, Spezialtiefbau und Geotechnik in allen Leistungsphasen
• Führung von Angebots- und Projektteams sowie aktive Mitgestaltung der Projektarbeit
• Inhaltliche, terminliche und wirtschaftliche Verantwortung für eigene Projekte
• Mitwirkung bei der Einführung und Umsetzung von BIM im Bauingenieurwesen
• Aktive Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen
• Einbringen eigener Ideen und aktive Mitgestaltung des Ausbaus eines dynamisch wachsenden Arbeitsbereichs

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bauingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt im konstruktiven Ingenieurbau, in der Geotechnik, im Grundbau oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich – ergänzt durch mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
• Erfahrung in den genannten Aufgabenbereichen oder Motivation, sich in diese Richtung weiterzuentwickeln
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Qualität und Ergebnisse in eigenen Projekten
• Sichere Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
• Engagierte, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
