Your Tasks

  • Sie unterstützen unser IT-Team, indem Sie vor Ort sind und Anliegen von Mitarbeitenden aufnehmen und in unser Ticketsystem einpflegen
  • Wir zeigen Ihnen, wie Rechner aufgesetzt werden, und mit der Zeit übernehmen Sie kleinere Aufgaben rund um Hard- und Software selbst
  • Außerdem packen Sie bei organisatorischen Themen im IT-Team mit an

Your Profile

  • Sie sind zuverlässig und teamfähig 
  • Sie können die gängigen MS-Office Programme anwenden 
  • Sie haben gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sie sind bereit neue Dinge zu lernen und haben keine Berührungsängste mit IT
  • Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls willkommen
