• Administration der heterogenen Serverumgebung (Windows/Linux, virtualisiert/physisch, Cloud/on-site)
• Analyse und -behebung von Fehlern im Serverumfeld und Netzwerk
• Beratung der Fachabteilungen zu Serverlösungen im Einklang mit den Richtlinien des Unternehmens
• Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachabteilungen, um reibungslosen Ablauf der Anwendungen und Arbeitsabläufe sicherzustellen
• Überwachung und Planung des Netzwerks und des Rechenzentrums
• Optimierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen
• Unterstützung aus der Ferne bei vor Ort Einsätzen

• Abgeschlossene IT-Berufsausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
• Mindestens 2 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
• Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit IT-Teams, Anwendern und Stakeholdern
• Gute Englischkenntnisse und Kommunikationsfähigkeit für die Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Umfeld
• Analytisches Denkvermögen und gutes Zeit- und Prioritätenmanagement
• Virtualisierungstechnologien wie VMware vSphere und/oder Hyper-V
• Administration von Windows-Serverrollen (Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien, DNS, DHCP, Datei- und Druckdienste, Remote-Desktop-Umgebungen)
• Koordination von Serverwartung und Softwareupdates mit externen Dienstleistern und den internen Nutzenden
