Örtliche Bauüberwachung (m/w/d)

• Übernahme der örtlichen Bauüberwachung einschließlich Vorbereitung, Koordination und Kontrolle von Bauleistungen bei Neubau-, Sanierungs- und Infrastrukturmaßnahmen
• Überwachung der Ausführung von Tief- und Spezialtiefbauarbeiten hinsichtlich Übereinstimmung mit Genehmigungen, Ausführungsunterlagen, Leistungsbeschreibungen und geltenden Regelwerken
• Koordination der fachlich Beteiligten sowie organisatorische und administrative Mitwirkung im Baustellenbetrieb
• Durchführung von Unterstützungsleistungen im Aufmaß und in der Rechnungsprüfung, idealerweise unter Anwendung von AVA-Grundkenntnissen
• Betreuung des Bodenmanagements sowie fortlaufende Dokumentation des Baugeschehens und der Tätigkeiten der Bauüberwachung

• Hochschulabschluss in Bauingenieurwesen, Ingenieurgeologie, Geotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang sowie fundierte Fachkenntnisse
• Praxiserfahrung im Tiefbau, Spezialtiefbau und/oder Tunnelbau
• Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Regelwerken und dem Vergaberecht (z. B. VOB/B, VOB/C, DIN-Normen)
• Routine im Einsatz von MS Office (Word, Excel, Project), AVA-Programmen und SharePoint
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gültiger PKW-Führerschein
