• Organisatorische Unterstützung in der Projektanbahnung
• Verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Vorbereitung der benötigten Tenderunterlagen sowie die Koordination der verschiedenen Abgabefristen
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Präsentationen  
• Betreuung von Portalen und Vergabeplattformen
• Marktrecherchen, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsanalysen 
• Dokumentation von Fachwissen und Aufbereitung und Pflege von Datenbanken

• Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium
• Du bist organisiert und hast ein Auge für Details
• Du bist kommunikationsstark in Deutsch, Polnisch und Englisch 
• Du verfügst über umfassende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket (insbesondere PowerPoint)
• Idealerweise hast du Kenntnisse in InDesign und Illustrator
• Kenntnisse im Vergabemanagement sind wünschenswert
• Eine eigenverantwortliche, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist und Flexibilität runden dein Profil ab
