• Du unterstützt beim Reporting und Berichtswesen (inkl. Forecast und Budget) an unsere US-Muttergesellschaft und arbeitest eng mit dem Management zusammen

• Du erstellst Kalkulationen, Ad-hoc-Analysen, Präsentationen und Sonderauswertungen zur Unterstützung operativer und strategischer Entscheidungen

• Du führst Soll-Ist-Vergleiche und Abweichungsanalysen durch, identifizierst Risiken in Bezug auf Umsatz, Zeit und Kosten und erarbeitest erste Handlungsempfehlungen

• Du entwickelst dich schrittweise zum Business Controller für einen Geschäftsbereich und arbeitest eng mit den operativen Führungskräften zusammen

• Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen, Projektleitern sowie der Finanzbuchhaltung zusammen

• Du arbeitest mit modernen Reporting- und BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI) und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Reporting- und Controlling-Prozesse

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL mit Schwerpunkt Finance & Controlling
  
  
• Idealerweise konntest Du bereits erste Praxiserfahrung im Controlling oder Finance sammeln – zum Beispiel durch Praktika oder eine Werkstudententätigkeit.
  
  
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigenverantwortlich und behältst auch bei komplexen Themen den Überblick.
  
  
• Du kommunizierst klar und offen und arbeitest gerne mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen zusammen.
  
  
• Vor allem aber bist Du ein echter Teamplayer mit einer positiven Einstellung und Lust, gemeinsam etwas zu bewegen.
  
  
• Der Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, gehört für Dich zum Arbeitsalltag.
  
  
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
