Als Projektassistenz (m/w/d) Bereich Wasser / Kommunale Infrastruktur bist du zentrale organisatorische Schnittstelle innerhalb unserer Projekte und unterstützt die Projekt- und Teamleitung über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus hinweg. Du schaffst die organisatorische Struktur, auf der erfolgreiche Infrastruktur- und Bauprojekte aufbauen.

• Eigenverantwortliche Koordination administrativer und organisatorischer Projektprozesse
• Strukturierte Pflege und Sicherstellung der Qualität von Projekt-, Kunden- und Vergabedatenbanken
• Verantwortung für die Vollständigkeit, Aktualität und Nachverfolgbarkeit von Projektunterlagen
• Dokumentenmanagement, Verwaltung von Projektakten und digitalen Aktenstrukturen
• Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei Termin-, Fristen- und Aufgabenverfolgung; Erstellung, Formatierung und Qualitätssicherung von Berichten, Präsentationen, Protokollen und Angeboten
• Koordination interner/externer Projektkommunikation;
  Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen, Vergabeverfahren und kaufmännischen Projektprozessen
• Aktive Entlastung der Projektteams durch übernehmen organisatorischer Verantwortung

• Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches/technisches/projektorientiertes Studium oder Ausbildung; mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung
• Ausprägtes Organisationsgeschick, hohe Eigenverantwortung, strukturierte/zuverlässige Arbeitsweise; hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein bei Datenpflege
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams); Kommunikationsstärke und Service-/Kundenorientierung
• Fähigkeit, bei hoher Projektlast Überblick zu behalten und Prioritäten zu setzen
