Für unseren Bereich Umwelt/Energie suchen wir ab sofort eine Teamleitung / Team Leader (m/w/d), die Verantwortung für ein definiertes Team übernimmt und im Projektgeschäft mitwirkt. Diese Position erfordert Führungserfahrung sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.

• Du übernimmst die disziplinarische Führung eines Ingenieurteams und alle Aufgaben des Personalmanagements im Employee Lifecycle von Rekrutierung über Onboarding und Entwicklung bis Offboarding
• Du erstellst die Personalplanung, führst den Rekrutierungsprozess durch, wählst geeignete Personen aus und führst alle notwendigen Schritte in Zusammenarbeit mit Human Resources durch
• Du beobachtest Performance und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden, erstellst individuelle Entwicklungspläne und förderst zielgerichtet Fach- und Führungskompetenzen
• Du stärkst durch aktives Leadership Motivation und Bindung im Team und sicherst einen reibungslosen Einarbeitungsprozess neuer Teammitglieder
• Du führst Entwicklungsgespräche und setzt teambezogene sowie individuelle Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeitendenbindung um
• Du wirkst im Projektgeschäft mit und leistest deinen Beitrag zur Entwicklung des Geschäftsbereichs

• Abgeschlossenes Ingenieur- oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder Vergleichbares
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung und erste Führungserfahrung
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Idealerweise Erfahrung in Personalsuche, -entwicklung und Mitarbeiterführung
• Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Fähigkeit, Menschen zu motivieren und gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen
