Für den Bereich Energiewende suchen wir ab sofort einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement.

• Unterstützung im Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement für Ingenieur- und Bauverträge (Planungs- und Bauleistungen)
• Prüfung von Verträgen auf mögliche Nachtragsleistungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Nachträgen
• Mitwirkung bei der Vertragsgestaltung (HOAI, VOB, BGB) und Kommentierung von Verträgen in der Angebotsphase
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanagement, um eine qualitäts-, termin- und kostengerechte Projektabwicklung zu unterstützen
• Nachverfolgung von Nachträgen inkl. Unterstützung bei Bewertung und Terminüberwachung
• Mitwirkung bei der Kosten- und Terminsteuerung der Projekte

• Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder Vergleichbares
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertragsmanagement
• Grundkenntnisse der relevanten rechtlichen Vorschriften (z. B. VOB, HOAI, BGB) oder die Motivation, sich darin weiterzuentwickeln 
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an teamübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
