Ingenieur als Projektleiter Energie- und Infrastrukturprojekte (m/w/d)

Für die Planung von Großprojekten (Energie- und Infrastrukturbau) suchen wir ab sofort einen Projektleiter (m/w/d), der sowohl Verantwortung übernimmt als auch die Zukunft des Geschäftsbereichs Umwelt/Energie prägen möchte. Diese Position erfordert ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigenverantwortung und Belastbarkeit. 

• Du leitest und bearbeitest Infrastrukturprojekte mit den baulichen Schwerpunkten im Bereich Kabelübergabestationen, Batteriespeicher, Umspannwerke und Konverterstationen
• Du leitest Teams und Mitarbeiter:innen fachlich und projektbezogen an
• Du übernimmst die wirtschaftliche und organisatorische Verantwortung in den Projekten
• Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Angeboten mit
• Du akquirierst neue Geschäftspartner:innen und Kund:innen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung von Energieprojekten
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung (HOAI 1–7) von Neu- und Umbauten im Umspannwerksbereich und/oder Batteriespeichern
• Durchsetzungsvermögen, sicheres Auftreten, Engagement und hohe Identifikation mit Aufgabe und Unternehmen
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit; offener, zielgerichteter Umgang mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen
