• Überwachung von Bauleistungen im Tiefbau, Spezialtiefbau und Tunnelbau
• Durchführung geologischer und geotechnischer Kartierungen sowie Dokumentation des angetroffenen Untergrunds
• Fachgerechte Erfassung der vorhandenen Grundwasserverhältnisse
• Durchführung der Beweissicherung sowie Überwachung und Kontrolle geotechnischer Messungen

• Einschlägiger Hochschulabschluss, z. B. in Bauingenieurwesen, Ingenieurgeologie, Geotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
• Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bauüberwachung, als Polier oder als Bauleiter
• Praxiserfahrung im Tiefbau, Spezialtiefbau und/oder Tunnelbau
• Vertrautheit mit technischen Regelwerken und dem Vergaberecht (z. B. VOB/B, VOB/C, DIN-Normen)
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Project), AVA-Programmen und SharePoint
• Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau B2 sowie gültiger PKW‑Führerschein
