• Projektbearbeitung wie z.B. Vertragsmanagement, Projektcontrolling für unsere in- und ausländischen Gesellschaften
• Projektdatenerfassung von der Anlage bis zur Rechnungsstellung
• Du übernimmst schnell Verantwortung für ausgewählte Bereiche unserer Projekte und arbeitest im Team an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Tools und Systeme mit

Du kannst in einer unserer Niederlassungen arbeiten, z.B. in Berlin, Bickenbach, Bingen, Bochum, Crailsheim, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Leipzig, Mannheim, München, Nürnberg, Offenbach, Stuttgart oder in Absprache aus dem Homeoffice.

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich wie z. B. Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
• 3 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
• Erfahrungen mit kfm. Arbeiten in Projektorganisationen wären von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch sowie gute englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind wünschenswert 
• Gute Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz
• Serviceorientiertes Denken und Handeln
• Engagiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit entsprechendem Durchsetzungsvermögen
