Vertragsmanager / Nachtragsmanager Bauingenieurwesen (m/w/d)

Für den Bereich Contract Administration suchen wir ab sofort einen Vertragsmanager / Nachtragsmanager (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung im Bauingenieurwesen. 

Du kannst in einer unserer Niederlassungen arbeiten, z. B. in Berlin, Bickenbach, Bochum, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Mannheim, München, Offenbach, Stuttgart oder in Absprache aus dem Homeoffice.

• Du prüfst Verträge auf mögliche Nachtragsleistungen und erstellst Nachträge
• Du prüfst im Kundenauftrag Nachträge während der Leistungsphase 8
• Du verhandelst Angebote und Nachträge mit Auftraggebern und deren Projektpartnern
• Du übernimmst den vertragsrelevanten Schriftverkehr
• Du arbeitest eng mit den Projektteams zusammen

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, zum Beispiel im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Erfahrung in der Baubranche
• Idealerweise verfügst du über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertragsmanagement der Baubranche
• Du kennst die relevanten rechtlichen Vorschriften, insbesondere VOB, HOAI und BGB
• Du kommunizierst sicher und arbeitest gern im Team
• Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse und bist sicher im Umgang mit Word, Excel und PowerPoint
• Eigenverantwortliches Handeln, ein sicheres Auftreten und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus
